In 2023, I worked for Spotify on the Business Operations Team (Music Content). Within my role, I:
- Analysed 100 key campaigns done by the Artist and Label partnerships teams across the US, UK, Latin America and France; identified trends across markets and proposed action items.
- Worked on and helped redesign an internal site detailing the structure and components of campaigns; site to be
used by +350 people within the Music Content org.
- Identified opportunities for data
entry optimization, resulting in valuable time saving for partnerships teams.
- Provided glossary and FAQs for new hires within the Music Content org to expedite onboarding.
- Collaborated with the Music Creative
Development team in Los Angeles to highlight recorded music opportunities in Mateo
Studios and identify opportunity for content differentiation.
- Consulted on ad hoc projects within Music Business Operations.
In addition:
- Worked on editorial campaigns, including the playlist ‘We Are Bristol’.
- Participated in social media shoots, most notably interviewing the band HAIM.
- Attended Spotify events, including the GLOW x Warner Chappell Proud Sound Writing Camp with MNEK and the annual SpotiFest.
